Refund Policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason you can ask for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

 

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

– Customer’s account must be in good standing
– Service malfunctions or doesn’t work as described

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. It’s important to keep in mind that there is often a difference between a service that doesn’t work and a situation where you are receiving an error message. Error messages could be related to an incorrect setup, configuration or software and as a result the service is not working.

 

Hosting Service

If a Hosting Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

 

Web Design Service

Web Design Services to include: Design, Setup and Install. A 25% cancellation fee when in progress, 50% cancellation fee when site is designed or delivered for review. Full Fee non-refundable once website is fully completed and live. If design services not yet performed, client is eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once web design services have begun, web services are considered complete on the agreed upon launch date not to exceed 90 business days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.

 

Logo Design / Branding Service

30% cancellation fee when in progress, non-refundable once artwork is delivered. If services not yet performed, client is eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once services have been performed, logo design is considered delivered 180 days from the date of the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.

 

Website Re-Design Service

25% cancellation fee when in progress, 50% cancellation fee when site design is delivered for review, non-refundable once complete.

 

Website Maintenance Service

If a Website Maintenance Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable, unless duties in agreed terms have not been performed or standards met according to terms and conditions (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

 

SEO Services

SEO Service is a 12-month / Annual agreement, in order to receive noticeable favorable results, the client is expected to use the Services for the entire 12-month term.

For all SEO Service packages, you may cancel within 48 hours of the date of the transaction and receive a full refund for any remaining months in your committed 12-month term, to your original payment method.

If you purchase a monthly SEO package and cancel more than 48 hours after the date of the transaction, you agree to pay for that current month of SEO Services, but Howzit Media Marketing will not bill you for any future months and can not be held responsible for future results. If you cancel SEO service prior to the end agreement date you will not be refunded the cost of the current or past months.

 

Social Media Content Development

If a Social Media Development Service has already been performed, then it is non-refundable, unless duties in agreed terms have not been performed or standards met according to terms and conditions (if not yet performed, eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction).

If services not yet performed, client is eligible for a refund within 30 days of the date of the transaction. Once services have been performed the transaction and will not be eligible for a refund thereafter.

 

Products / Services Not Eligible For Refund from Howzit Media Marketing:

• Premium Domain Names

• Domain Transfer (If Successful)

• Services Provided by Third party Companies or Websites (To be Dealt with by the Third party only and not Howzit Media Marketing)
